An information aid, not a doctor.
Last updated · 29 April 2026
Ashwini is designed to help you organise and understand your family’s medical records. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for a qualified clinician.
What we will not do
- Diagnose conditions.
- Prescribe medications.
- Recommend dosage changes.
- Replace your doctor’s judgement.
What the AI assistant does
Our AI explains what your records say. It uses your own data — labs, medications, vitals — to write summaries and answer questions. It always cites the source document so you can verify. It is not trained to provide clinical advice and will refuse to do so. Its output can occasionally be wrong; treat it as a knowledgeable friend, not a clinician.
Emergencies
If you or someone in your family is experiencing a medical emergency — chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, anaphylaxis, suicidal thoughts, severe breathing difficulty — call your local emergency services immediately. In India, dial 108 for an ambulance or 112 for the unified emergency number.
Always consult your doctor
Any question about diagnosis, treatment, dosage, or course of care should go to a qualified medical professional. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here.
